Majoritatea se tem, și sunt excesiv de prudenți. Și frica lor vine tot din lipsa competenței . Te temi exact de ceea ce nu cunoști! Și atunci alegi să te documentezi pentru a putea lua o decizie în cunoștință de cauză !
Oricum piața e dinamică și ofertele firmelor se schimbă mereu! Iar prezența unor jucători mari din străinătate modifică radical și rapid clientela! Dispusă să migreze repede spre prețul cel mai mic.
Afaceri bune nu există!
Toate afacerile pot fi bune. Dacă sunt studiate atent. Și planificate cu grijă. Orice produs poate fi comercializat, dacă e bun calitativ și are prețul rezonabil.
Arta e să te ancorezi foarte bine la realitate. Și să nu intri în competiție cu o altă afacere care produce mai bine, mai ieftin sau cu raport calitate/preț mult mai bun!
Însă succesul în afaceri poate veni și dacă ai produse de calitate medie, sau produse scumpe și foarte bune! Piața e mondială acum! Nu mai ești limitat de granițe!
Ceea ce contează este pregătirea profesională și psihică a celui care administrează afacerea. Și competența sa în a depăși obstacolele și problemele care apar în mod obișnuit.
Afaceri care depind de starea de bine
Starea de bine a celui care conduce o afacere este la baza procesului de decizie . O afacere este formată din multe decizii care de multe ori trebuie luate în condiții de stres . Și fiecare alegere făcută de cel care o conduce influențează unele REZULTATE.
Așa că e important să se ia deciziile pe baza unor informații bine cântărite! Abilitatea de a te informa, de a avea răbdarea și determinarea necesară să studiezi în detaliu o problemă, contează foarte mult!

O stare nepotrivită gândirii raționale este GRABA. Orice om este presat de timp, grăbit și într-o relativă criză de timp. E o artă să găsești TIMPUL în care să te relaxezi pentru a face analize și a te informa corespunzător.
Lipsa răbdării duce la luarea unor decizii pripite, emoționale.
Afaceri bazate pe idei care merg
Ideile de afaceri sunt disponibile azi la un click distanță. Și contează mai puțin ideile. Ceea ce e important cu adevărat ar putea fi modul în care aceste idei bune sunt aplicate în practică și aduc rezultate măsurabile .
Starea administratorului de afacere, timpul petrecut pentru a se informa și a lua deciziile optime și competențele sale reale aduc succesul!

Ca și trainer și business coach, eu nu administrez afacerile celor care mă solicită sau î-mi cer o nouă abordare . Mă asigur că le conduc și le administrează ei foarte bine ! Adică au starea potrivită pentru a lua decizii care să le aducă satisfacție .
Mă mai asigur că au obiective clare și bine definite. Pe care le stabilesc din vreme. Apoi PLANIFICĂ detaliat modul în care le pot atinge.
Încurajez, de asemenea, creșterea nivelului de competență a celui care a pornit deja sau vrea să pornească afacerea sa. Pentru că știu că acolo se face diferența .
Și mă asigur că planificarea TIMPULUI este bine făcută. Percepția că timpul e scurt determină erori majore. Și știu că se poate schimba ușor tocmai pentru că e un mod de a vedea lucrurile, nu o realitate!
Ajut antreprenorul să treacă peste frica existentă și peste scenariile catastrofice. Care au și ele rolul lor preventiv, dar nu ajută la focalizare! Odată ce ai pornit, e contraproductiv să te mai oprești din mers pentru că ți-e frică!
Iar superficialitatea specifică latinilor se poate depăși prin pregătire temeinică și lentă. Înlocuind graba nejustificată cu consecvența și focalizarea pe scopurile stabilite clar.
Afaceri de succes se pot face și în România!
În ciuda birocrației excesive, avem încă un nivel rezonabil de impozitare. Și oportunități extraordinare în domeniile și nișele înguste în care concurența marilor firme multinaționale nu este prezentă și nici nu va putea fi vreodată.
Există nișe mici, dar cu potențial de creștere uriaș! Sunt și afaceri riscante, dar foarte profitabile! Sau afaceri mici și rentabile care pot completa veniturile salariaților.
Lipsește curajul, și mai ales ATITUDINEA potrivită unui antreprenor. Și superficialitatea predomină. Cu accent pe idei, pe ce merge și ce nu. În detrimentul răbdării, pregătirii temeinice și analizelor atente.
Sprijinul meu constă în a dezvolta atitudinea potrivită și mentalitatea antreprenorului de succes. Dacă există deja unele premise. Și inteligența necesară pentru a începe acest PROCES.
Uneori, diferența dintre o afacere de succes și una care merge prost stă în curajul de a discuta cu experții sau a cere părerea sinceră a celor apropiați despre perspectivele afacerii pe care o conduci, sau vrei să o deschizi.
Poate crezi că cunoști clienții, dar s-ar putea ca cei pe care tu îi cunoșteai până acum să nu mai existe. Tendința pieței este aceea de a se concentra pe segmente specifice ale populației, comerțul de masă având din ce în ce mai puțin succes și relevanță. Grupurile de minorități etnice, culturale, vegani, hipsteri, militanți pentru protecția mediului, caută segmente de piață care li se adresează în mod deosebit, și sunt mai dispuși să plătească mai mult pentru produse care corespund cu principiile lor.
Fă-ți timp să înțelegi viața lor de zi cu zi, aspirațiile și temerile lor, obiecțiile și mai multe detalii despre ei. Atunci când te adâncești în cunoașterea clientului tău, economisești bani pentru reclame, deoarece deja țintești oamenii potriviți, și îți mărești rata de conversie.

Atunci când ești angajat, poate faci parte dintr-o echipă, ești ghidat la orice pas și ai sarcini concrete pe care știi exact cum să le duci la final. Ca să contracarezi această problemă fă un studiu de piață, vezi dacă este îndeajuns de multă cerere pentru produsul tău potențial; încât să supraviețuiești cât ești la început, iar mai apoi să faci profit.
Cu toții știm vorba aceea: “banii vin greu dar pleacă repede”. Fii atent cu ei pentru că sunt responsabili pentru eșecul a 29% din afaceri.
Tu ai început afacerea ta ca să aduci valoare, nu să te concentrezi pe marketing. Un domeniu ce îți cere foarte mult timp și efort. Noi vrem să luăm asta de pe umerele antreprenorilor.
